5 ways to energise

We all experience times of lethargy  and it can be diffilicult in our hectic lives to recharge our batteries! . Heres a few quick fix tips to hell you on your way

  1. Pulses -Introduce energy sustaining pulses into your diet. Pulses such as beans, legumes, lentils,dried peas, pinto, mung beans, chickpeas and soya beans.  These all provide a steady energy flow through slow release and are bursting with minerals and vitamins.
  2. Stimulating Stretches- Constant chronic tension can lead to exhaustion and fatigue As stress increases it will affect your concentration and memory which will lead to tiredness. Try standing with your hands on your back feet apart. Breathe in exhale and lean slightly backwards.  repeat 10 times daily.
  3. Uplifting oils- Aromatherapy oils can be an effective at uplifting moods ans improving energy levels. Fill the abth and add in  oils such as bergamont ,neroli, alomond oil and wheatgerm. Settle in the water relax and breathe
  4. Brisk walk- Walking is one of the simplest ans most effective forms of exerciseenergise-boost-positive-happy and its free! Just taking a 15 minute walk can help.We release feel good hormones  which lift your body and support your immune system
  5. Look on the bright side-The power of positive thinking is so strong it will help you create solutions to pressing problems. so go on ” count your blessings”, review all the good things you have done
